Membership dues are an investment in your neighborhood, and are tax deductible because the MPIA is a 501(c)(3). Your dues enable MPIA’s marketing efforts for the District and help cover the cost of the rejuvenation, maintenance and management of our neighborhoods public plazas, thereby increasing the desirability of the area, creating a great appeal and designating areas for neighbors, employees and visitors to gather, sit and enjoy the area that our businesses already call home. It’s a proven fact that the longer patrons stay in any given area, the more money is spent in that area.
