Summer Goals transforms the District’s iconic cobblestone streets into open-air stages for culture, creativity, and community. Taking place across Little West 12th Street and West 13th Street's Open Streets, this free summer series brings lively, street-level programming to the neighborhood with performances, workshops, hands-on art activities, movement classes, music, and more.

Programming partners include: Agustin Grasso Quartet, Ajna Dance Company, Bryant Park Jugglers, Greenwich House Pottery, Jaclyn McKay, Laura Baran, Lauren Chiarello Mika, Malaika Collective, PiaoCapoeira, Print Center New York, The Danny Raycraft Trio, The Horticultural Society of New York, and more.

Little West 12th Open Street

11:00 AM–1:00 PM — Ajna Dance Company
Bollywood Dance Performance + Children’s Cultural Art Station
Enjoy a dynamic Bollywood dance performance featuring a dholi, accompanied by a children’s cultural art station. Together, these elements will transform the cobblestone Open Streets into a vibrant, immersive cultural experience that invites curiosity, movement, and celebration.

The program will be energized by a live dhol, a traditional double-sided barrel drum from South Asia, most commonly associated with Punjabi and Bhangra music. Its powerful, rhythmic sound naturally gathers crowds and creates an atmosphere of joy and excitement, enhancing the performance while drawing audiences into the experience.

A supervised children’s cultural art station will offer hands-on creative activities inspired by Indian design motifs and festive traditions, providing families with an inviting entry point and encouraging longer engagement on site.

11:00 AM–4:00 PM — Laura Baran
Cobblestone Affirmations
Find your Summer Goals creative reset at Cobblestone Affirmations, a restorative watercolor pop-up where the Meatpacking District’s iconic streets become your canvas for self-love. Join award-winning artist Laura Baran to paint your dreams, discover hidden affirmations, and walk away with a beautiful piece of art and a renewed sense of hope! Experience the magic of watercolor and resist techniques using white oil pastels to hide "secret" affirmations that emerge through vibrant watercolor washes, symbolizing the hidden strength within us all.

West 13th Street Open Street

3:00 PM–6:00 PM — Agustin Grasso Organ Quartet
Jazz Performance
The Agustin Grasso Organ Quartet will bring three hours of live soulful jazz to the Meatpacking District. The band features Vito Dieterle on sax, Will Gorman on organ, Hans Luchs on guitar, and Agustin Grasso on drums. They will play three sets of uplifting, soulful music to make everybody dance and come together.

11:00 AM–5:00 PM — Bryant Park Jugglers
Juggling
A traveling playspace where everyone is invited to join in. From juggling balls and clubs to diabolo, poi, and flower sticks, our team teaches all ages and skill levels in a fun, welcoming environment. It’s hands-on, high-energy, and guaranteed to bring smiles.
