HONORING JUNETEENTH THROUGH CULINARY ARTS
Juneteenth, also known as Freedom Day, is a federal holiday that commemorates the day Texans were informed that enslaved people were finally free. This year, Platform by JBF in Pier 57 is hosting two special events that delve into African American flavors and heritage to honor Juneteenth through the culinary arts.
