Bollywood Dance Performance + Children’s Cultural Art Station
Enjoy a dynamic Bollywood dance performance featuring a dholi, accompanied by a children’s cultural art station. Together, these elements will transform the cobblestone Open Streets into a vibrant, immersive cultural experience that invites curiosity, movement, and celebration.
The program will be energized by a live dhol, a traditional double-sided barrel drum from South Asia, most commonly associated with Punjabi and Bhangra music. Its powerful, rhythmic sound naturally gathers crowds and creates an atmosphere of joy and excitement, enhancing the performance while drawing audiences into the experience.
A supervised children’s cultural art station will offer hands-on creative activities inspired by Indian design motifs and festive traditions, providing families with an inviting entry point and encouraging longer engagement on site.
11:00 AM–4:00 PM — Laura Baran
