During an interactive fireside chat, we’ll shed light on:

  • How the gut is the gateway to overall health
  • Stress and the gut
  • Practical nutrition and lifestyle tips for improving gut health


    They will then guide you through hands-on exercises including breathwork, meditation, and journaling to help you tune into your gut instinct, regulate your nervous system, and make better informed decisions that are authentic to you.
