The Crane Club will be hosting Heitz Cellar Estate Director and Master Sommelier, Erik Elliott, for a four-course dinner, featuring select vintages of Trailside and Martha's Vineyard. 

Founded in 1961 in the heart of Napa Valley, Heitz Cellar has long been a steward of elegance and balance, crafting wines that honor both vineyard and vintage. Pioneering vintner Joe Heitz established Heitz Cellar at a time when the region had fewer than two dozen commercial producers. He ushered in Napa’s modern era with his iconic, globally celebrated wines, including Napa Valley’s first vineyard-designated Cabernet Sauvignon, the renowned Martha’s Vineyard.

Dinner will feature a four-course menu paired with wines highlighting Heitz Cellar's history.

Carne Cruda - shallot, parsley, capers 

Chicory - horseradish, pear, idiazabal, apple balsamic 

Bone Marrow - onion bacon marmellata, filone 

Second Course 

Tortellini in Brodo - swiss chard, peas, chicken consommé

Third Course

Veal Involtino - chanterelle, pink peppercorn

Sides

Spinach - shallot, almond, cashew 

Mini Potato Rosti - pea tendrils, roasted shallot vinaigrette 

Cheese Course

Extra Aged Gouda - crostini, pine nuts, fig jam
