We're thrilled to invite Lydia (Pilates by Lydia) and Seda (Seda with a Twist) to teach! Both are amazing instructors, and we are so glad they'll join us for this special evening program.
This special class will include a mat Pilates (Lydia) followed by Yoga (Seda) and a discounted shopping evening at ASICS.
IMPORTANT:Class is BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat)!
