On February 7th, Learn. Play. Grow. @ Corlears School will be celebrating Lunar New Year with a special Lion Dance performed by New York Choy Lay Fut! Join the Corlears School for a morning of creative activities, music + movement, crafts, and more for children ages 0–6. Activities will be led by Corlears' expert teachers and their wonderful programming partners: Love Child Music + Movement, Treasure Trunk Theatre, and Arts for All. They are thrilled to be joined by their friends from New York Choy Lay Fut, who will perform a Lion Dance to bring luck and prosperity for the Year of the Horse. The Lion Dance will feature life-size lion puppets prancing around the gym, and will take place from 11:15-11:45 a.m.
