Modern Barber

KAO Salon Academy NYC is looking for volunteers to receive a barber-style haircut.

Kao Salon Academy New York

All volunteers will have a consultation prior to a haircut with one of our stylists to determine which cut is right for them. Stylists will use clipper, scissors, and razor techniques our International Artists teach. All services are free; volunteers will leave with full-sized retail products to complement their new style.

Please note that our services run for an extended period as we are an educational space, not a standard salon. Volunteers are expected to stay for the duration of the program or until excused by our educators.

This is not a gender-specific opportunity, all are welcome!
