This two-hour healing circle + workshop provides a nourishing space to understand and harness the power of the Scorpio New Moon where we can Embrace the Shadows and Ignite Transformation through ceremony, community, and sacred practices. Dress as you wish! We’ll delve into gentle embodied movement accessible to all, and the session will maintain a serene, non-heated atmosphere. During this event, we'll explore the profound energies of the Scorpio New Moon and engage in practices lovingly + intentionally designed to nourish your body, mind, and spirit.

  • Journey Meditation: Experience a shamanic practice to vividly visualize your intentions.
  • Breathwork: Promote emotional regulation, vitality, and mental clarity.
  • Sound Healing: Immerse in healing vibrations for relaxation and rejuvenation.
  • Community Sharing + Creative Expression: Discussion around astrological influences and journal prompts to inspire your own personal journey + reflection.

What to bring:

  • Your journal + something to write with
  • Water or refillable water bottle
  • Any sacred talisman, crystals, other objects you’d like to have nearby
  • Anything for support in sitting/laying down for our practices — we’ll have yoga mats but feel free to bring blankets, pillows, bolsters…anything to make your experience super comfy and cozy.
