11 AM – 6 PM: Soak in the vibrant atmosphere of the plaza while listening to live performances from Jammcard musicians.

Little West 12th Street

11 AM – 6 PM: Immerse yourself in two captivating Halloween vignettes designed by Theresa Rivera, bringing the spooky spirit to life along Little West 12th Street.

11:30 AM – 12 PM: The Old Yew Plant Shop Workshop. The workshop is completely sold out. No spots are available.

Washington Street

11 AM – 6 PM: Stroll down Washington Street to admire the chic, custom-designed scarecrows crafted by Theresa Rivera.

Gansevoort Street + Ninth Avenue

2 PM: The Meatpacking District’s 6th Annual Dog Costume Contest. All spots for the Dog Costume Contest have been filled. There will be no on-site sign-ups. We hope you still join us to view the contest. 

West 13th Street

11 - AM – 5 PM: Get creative with pumpkin painting, perfect for kids of all ages.

11 - AM – 5 PM: Unleash your imagination by designing and decorating your own Halloween mask with guidance from artist Lauren Weinstein.

12 – 12:15 PM: The Culture Tree Storytime Reading of The Five Blind Men and Elephant.  

12 – 2 PM: The Culture Tree Art Activity - Kids get to craft and decorate their own elephants, using their imagination and drawing inspiration from the elephants around them.

12:45 – 1 PM: The Culture Tree Storytime Reading of Lai-Lai the Baby Elephant.

1 – 4 PM: How do you say Happy Halloween with clay? Seek out Greenwich House Pottery instructors at Treats in the Streets! Make a plump lil pumpkin, creepy crawly clay critters, spooky spindly spiders or some festive fall foliage. Activate your imagination and get your hands a little muddy creating art with your community. Fun for all ages!
