It’s hard to imagine a pairing more classically perfect than that of wine and cheese. The perfect combination of these two items can create perfect harmony on your palate. Like wine, cheese varies in intensity, quality, boldness, and sweetness, and it also can be characterized by a sense of place or terroir. In this class, we’re pairing six wines with an array of cheeses to gain a better understanding of which cheese types best match your favorite wines.

This small, intimate class in the bustling market is perfect for couples and small groups looking to elevate their wine knowledge. We'll start with a general overview of food and wine pairing, so you can recreate your favorite pairings at home, and explore 6 Wine & Cheese Pairings, led by one of Corkbuzz's expert sommeliers. Wine & Cheese selection can be tailored to your preferences. Printed materials will be included for guests to take home.
