New Spring & Summer Savory Menu at Maman

When the days get sunnier and the table feels brighter, maman's kitchen fills with fresh and colorful flavors. This year’s spring & summer savory menu is a celebration of the warmer months—a collection of vibrant salads, fresh seasonal bowls, and sweet dishes made for savoring every sunny moment ☀️

A few maman favorites:

♥ Laurette’s mediterranean garden salad, with baby gem lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes & pickled onions with mint & parsley topped with pita chips, herbed feta, & rainbow candied beets, served with a lemon sumac vinaigrette {vegetarian}

♥ Olivia’s green goddess bowl with herbed farro with pumpkin seeds & topped with baby gem lettuce, cucumbers, roasted zucchini, rainbow beets & avocado served with a side of maman’s vegan tahini green goddess dressing {vegan}

♥ Audrey’s turkey sandwich with sliced antibiotic-free turkey, sharp cheddar, candied bacon, romaine lettuce, pickled onions & spicy red pepper aioli on toasted bread {also available on gluten free bread & as a wrap!}

♥ maman’s signature croissant waffles, topped with homemade caramel sauce and served with salted whipped butter {vegetarian}

♥ Jeannie’s strawberry shortcake pancakes with  gluten-free pancakes served with vanilla crême fraîche & strawberry basil compote, topped with fresh strawberries & a gluten-free shortcake crumble {gluten free, vegetarian}
